Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Advisor, you will be providing safe and effective telephone advice, health assessment and information to the general public and healthcare professionals. You will help to support Health Advisors to use the NHS Pathways system to ensure that quality, evidence based health care is delivered to patients and that accurate and immediate records are kept, including assessment and advice given using NHS Pathways guidelines.
You will need to maintain competencies in line with the defined framework defined by the NHS Pathways license requirements and comply with all policies and regulations relating to clinical governance and patient confidentiality.
You will receive full NHS Pathways and system training to equip you for the role and you will be supported by Clinical Supervisors and the Lead Clinician. In return we can offer you the chance to enhance your clinical skills in a new environment, supported by an experienced leadership team and comprehensive IT systems.
Skills & Experience
• Currently working as a Paramedic or as a Nurse in an acute setting such as A&E, Medical or Surgical Assessment units or similar environment

*Ensure every call is logged and updated regularly dealt with in the quickest, most effective and efficient way, ensuring where within your control a resolution is agreed with the client
*Respond to and resolve calls within a timely manner while ensuring a resolution is agreed with the client
*Ensure troubleshooting steps taken on all calls prior to escalating
*Ensure that any incident affecting the client is effectively dealt with and/or escalated where required
*Ensure that all service requests are resolved in a timely manner and that the client is satisfied with the service received
*Ensure all clients that visit the Service Desk area are assisted and have a call logged and progressed within the call logging system
*Ensure regular call updates to manage client expectations
*Assist with desk side telephony/network support as required

My client – a market leader in their field – based in central Sutton are currently looking for an HR Coordinator – Generalist to join their newly formed UK HR Shared Service department for a 12 month FTC, offering £25,000 – £27,000 dependent on experience.
Reporting to UK HR SS Team Leader, this role will be part of the administrative function providing assistance to company employees, managers and HR Partners with data maintenance and navigation in the PeopleSoft and other HR systems. In addition the role will include giving first line advice on HR policy and operational support.
Key Duties:
– Responsible for understanding and effecting the nuances of each division’s policies/procedures/processes in a complex matrix organisation
– Responsible for processing job data changes through manager self-service or entering manually as requested by HR, Management, Finance or Payroll, issuing letters to employees to support the job data changes
– Responsible for validating and analysing personnel changes through self-service or entering manually as requested by HR, Management, Finance or Payroll
– Processing voluntary terminations through manager self-service and involuntary terminations entered manually as requested by HR, including absence management calculations
