Law Clerk: Downs Law Professional Corporation
You will be required to:
– prepare court documents;
– coordinate service of court documents;
– prepare motions;
– coordinate examinations for discovery;
– undertakings;
– report to clients; and
– all other tasks associated with supporting the litigation team.
The ideal candidate will be flexible enough to work with the team but be a motivated self-starter who pays attention to the detail. Experience with PC Law is a bonus. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are essential.
