Bilingual Customer Service Representative: Talentcor Recruitment Specialists
Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for a Permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the Aylmer area.
Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm 37.5 hours per week.
After 1 year: 3 paid floater days prorated, 5 paid sick days prorated, and 2 weeks’ vacation
Benefits after 3 months’ probation.
After 1 year option to contribute to RRSP Program
Convenient downtown location
Duties and Responsibilities will include:
- Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints
- Present a positive and professional image of the organization while representing the company
- Answer inbound phone calls to customers
- Prepare, review and verify customer claims and invoicing and address any customer concerns
- Other duties as requested by your supervisor
Skills and Requirements:
- Fully French / English Bilingual in both verbal and written communication
- Must have customer service and inside sales experience
- Must have Grade 12 or Equivalency (GED)
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to type at least 35wpm
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Ability to work in a team or independently
