Bilingual Customer Service Representative: Talentcor Recruitment Specialists


Talentcor Tillsonburg is currently recruiting for a Permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representative for the Aylmer area.


Hours of work: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm 37.5 hours per week.


After 1 year: 3 paid floater days prorated, 5 paid sick days prorated, and 2 weeks’ vacation


Benefits after 3 months’ probation.


After 1 year option to contribute to RRSP Program


Convenient downtown location


Duties and Responsibilities will include:


  • Respond to all customer inquiries and complaints


  • Present a positive and professional image of the organization while representing the company


  • Answer inbound phone calls to customers


  • Prepare, review and verify customer claims and invoicing and address any customer concerns


  • Other duties as requested by your supervisor

Skills and Requirements:


  • Fully French / English Bilingual in both verbal and written communication


  • Must have customer service and inside sales experience


  • Must have Grade 12 or Equivalency (GED)


  • Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills


  • Must be able to type at least 35wpm


  • Proficiency in MS Office programs


  • Ability to work in a team or independently
