Which? runs thousands of tests, surveys and mystery shops every year. That’s a lot of powerful information we have at our fingertips. We need you as our Senior Press Officer to pull out the best stories and create media plans to share our knowledge.
As the saying goes, with great power comes great responsibility, and our members expect a lot from us. In turn, we expect even more from our team.

Everything you do will feed into and support our corporate reputation and business strategies.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a brand PR superstar. This is a demanding role, so you’ll need three years’ experience either in an agency or in-house press office for a major household brand or company. It’s essential that you are proactive, committed and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the role.
You’ll need to enjoy juggling multiple high-profile stories. Most importantly, you need to be able to plan strategically and tailor your communications, across all mediums, to ensure our stories reach the right audience.
What we’ll give you in return
Let’s not be modest, our rewards package is one of the best out there. You’ll get 28 days’ annual leave, an interest-free season ticket loan, life assurance, and a pension scheme that increases to 11% after you’ve been here for a year.
You’ll also get the chance to develop your career. 33% of our roles are appointed internally and everyone has the chance to join development sessions and programmes. And you can work every day knowing that you’re playing your part in making consumers as powerful as the organisations they deal with.
The legal stuff
We don’t mean to sound bureaucratic, but there are certain boxes we have to tick. Eligibility to live and work in the UK is one of them.
