Hays Healthcare are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants to work at a busy hospital based in North London. We are able to offer part time or full time hours to suit your needs

Your new role
This hospital treats around 500,000 patients each year mainly in Islington and Haringey as well as North London Including Camden, Barnet and Hackney. Every day they see around 1,400 outpatients, about 200 patients use their emergency department and approximately 150 patients need to be admitted for hospital care and treatment.
The range of specialist services they offer have grown over recent years, as have the communities they serve, bringing to North London services which in the past, patients have had to travel miles for. This includes the cardiac catheter suite, West Kent Vascular Centre, West Kent Centre for Urology, a dedicated stroke unit and the Macmillan Cancer Care Unit.

What you’ll need to succeed
Successful candidates will currently be living in the UK have effective communication skills, excellent attendance record and ability to work under pressure and evidence of professional development. You will need to have at least 6 months experience in a similar setting. In addition to the above you will need to have updated immunity against Hep B, Measles, Rubella, TB and Varicella.
