Previous Admin Experince is prefereed however its not esstinal as long as you are capable of using Microsoft Office training will be provided.
Your duties will include the following
- Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion
- Administration Assistant to the team
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Working to financial, individual and team targets Increasing the company turnover
- Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
- Canvassing and marketing Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals Negotiating terms Person Specification
