Builder & Apartment developer is looking for a skilled & experienced tradesman to gut & remove part of an existing 1-Bedroom unit. Preparing the apartment unit to look like the photos of another finished unit.

This includes the kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinet, baseboard & floor tile. Taking all garbage & debris to the dump.

You will need to than do drywall & taping mud repairs.

MUST HAVE: your own tools & pickup truck.
