Automotive Engineering Manager - Sales: Trillium Interim Staffing

Our client is a fast growing supplier of specialty products to the automotive industry in the South-Western Ontario. Through their focus on Quality, Delivery, and Customer Service, they have achieved many awards including Supplier of the Year awards from one of the largest automotive manufacturers.

They are looking for a Sales/Engineering Manager to work with and develop sales growth and strong relationships in the Automotive Industry in the Detroit area.

As the Sale/Engineering Manager your focus will be on working with the current accounts and develop solutions for the clients and increasing sales. You will also provide and present new and current clients with quotes for products as well as assist the sales team members in developing effective sales strategies.

 

You require:

At least 5-8  years experience selling (sales engineer) to the Automotive industry in the Detroit/Windsor area; Experience with developing and presenting quotes; History of meeting sales targets;  Mechanical Engineering Degree( or similar).  Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, a must have.  Ideal candidate may live in the Cambridge / Guelph / Waterloo/ Milton or Mississauga even possibly London. Must be able to travel to and from Windsor/Detroit to Mississauga
