SALES ASSOCIATE – HOCKEY (HARD GOODS)

As a Sales Associate, you will apply your knowledge of hockey to help customers make informed decisions about everything they need, and need to know, in order to maximize their enjoyment of hockey. You are committed to the team while personally excelling by providing a great shopping experience for our customers, taking pride in the store appearance, ensuring price scan accuracy and that loss prevention policies are followed. You will deliver on the National Sports Customer Service Model, the Complete Experience, provide support and assist in maintaining departments as required.

Who you are.

Well, for starters you’re a hockey enthusiast – you play the game, know where the rinks are, the names of the local teams, and the gear required. You have a desire to inspire customers to take part in hockey and help them make informed product decisions while using your personal experiences. You’re also someone who is driven to succeed which means you’re friendly, energetic, and enjoy talking to people. Whether you’re problem solving or fitting up your customer, you understand the importance of relationship building.
