A leading London consultancy is looking to recruit a senior level consultant to join their front office, buy side practice to work with big name clients to deliver electronic trading solutions. Typically working with asset managers and hedge funds in London and the UK, your role will be to advise them when it comes to vendor selection, project planning, systems design and carry out implementations along with testing and user training.

You will work with major front office OMS systems from the likes of Charles River, Fidessa, BlackRock and thinkFolio and must have experience with at least one. You will have multi-asset class business knowledge to enable you to relate to client needs and understand business processes from a trading perspective.

To be considered for this role you must have the following:

• Extensive experience working with buy side, front office trading systems technology – OMS


• Multi-asset class business knowledge – equities, derivatives, FX, Fixed income etc


• Excellent consultative skills with the ability to quickly build relationships, understand client needs and deliver above and beyond client expectations


• Eligibility and willingness to travel internationally where needed, the vast majority of work will be in the London and the UK however


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills


• A proven track record of delivering trading systems projects to buy side businesses
