Shift Leader: Talentcor Recruitment Specialists

Talentcor Woodstock is currently recruiting for a Shift leader for a local client.

This is a permanent opportunity!



Wage: $20 – $22.00/hr. Depending on experience

Hours: This is a straight midnight shift 11:00pm – 7:15am

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct employee training in equipment operations and safety procedures



• Assign employee training to experienced workers



• Conduct performance reviews



• Direct and coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production



• Plan and establish work schedules, assignments and production sequences to meet production goals



• Ensure proper use of equipment and safe work practices



• Ensure al legislative requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are met and followed



• Analyze and equipment malfunctions, quality concerns and coordinate any production delays



• Issue warnings or approved disciplinary measures on violation of work rules and regulations



• Other duties as directed by the Plant Manager

Skills and Requirements:

• Must have 3-5 Years’ experience in a leadership role



• Must have Grade 12 Diploma



• Ability to work overtime



• Must be able to work various shifts as needed
