Body Shop Manager: Oakridge Ford

Oakridge Ford is looking for an experienced Full Time Body Shop Manager – please only those with minimum 5 year’s collision repair experience should apply.

What you bring:

• Minimum 5 years’ collision repair experience



• Driven to succeed – with a focus on CSI and overall profitability



• Computer literate



• Knowledge of Mitchell Repair Centre or Other, I-CAR Training, COS Job Costing Skills or other



• Working knowledge of shop equipment, maintenance



• Knowledge of WHMIS and OHSA



• Demonstrated leadership ability – experience at motivating and leading staff



• Good communications and interpersonal skills
