About the role
This super-hero role will be the first point of contact for our internal teams, giving you the opportunity to see first-hand the overall workings of a global creative agency. From brand and insight, client services to social media, it will be key for you to form strong relationships and have a proactive approach to running things like clockwork.
Supporting the Creative Services Manager, you’ll be the go-to-person on the floor for all our incoming creative requests, reviewing resource allocation, identifying pinch points and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of work through the team.
You’ll be obsessed with the details, own an unbelievable set of organisational skills and with communication being the core of everything we do, yours will obvs. be flawless.
An understanding of the industry or agency experience isn’t necessary but would be nice, more important though is a thirst to learn alongside an abundance of energy and enthusiasm.
