WHAT IS THE JOB
As a Customer Service Representative on our Inbound team:
– You will learn how to help customers facing a multitude of issues ranging from website support to roadside assistance issues.
– You are driven to help others, fantastic listener, and empathetic problem-solver. We combine your people skills with technical and client-specific training to make you a top-performer.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS
Part time availability running between the hours of 6am – 2am, 7 days a week.
Full Time Overnights are available, running between the hours of 11pm – 8am, 7 days a week.

WHAT IS THE PAY
$12/h + $1.50/h for Spanish / French reps + monthly bonus + benefits
