Real Estate Law Clerk: Refcio & Associates
The successful candidate must possess the following skills:
– managing residential and commercial real estate transactions from beginning to end;
– opening files, conducting conflict checks;
– inputting files into Conveyancer; PC Law
– maintaining an effective BF system;
– following up with agents’ offices re waivers, amendments, etc.;
– preparing and sending initial letters and questionnaires to clients;
– ordering payout statements;
– ordering municipal reports and contacting the tax office;
– following up on matters throughout the real estate process;
– preparing real estate closings;
– preparing final reports and billings;
– following up on undertakings and outstanding items on files and closing out files.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience and salary will be dependent on experience. The successful candidate will also receive an employee benefit package that offers 100% benefits coverage.
