Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Sales/Estate Agency Experience, 1st yr £40k OTE

Recruitment/Sales/Business Development/B2B/Trainee/Headhunting

Recruitment is fundamentally a direct sales role. You will be building relationships with both clients and candidates and dual-selling to the both of them. You will be working in a very competitive environment and hence in order to succeed you must be a natural competitor. You will generate independent leads through business development.

Our clients offer unique positions in stunning Central London offices located in iconic buildings such as The Shard, The Gherkin and the Heron Tower to name a few. We deal with a vast array of recruitment firms, ranging from market leaders to boutique start-ups, across all different sectors; IT, Technology, Finance, Pharmaceutical, Sport to name a few.

Realistic Salary and OTE of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

We expect you to take home between £35,000 and £50,000 in your first year, year 2 in excess of £70,000, year 3 in excess of £90,000.

Candidates that have been previously successful are:

– University Graduates or of a graduate level

– Had some commercial sales experience; Brokering, Estate Agent, commission based Sales.

– Natural competitors – played sport to a good level (County, Semi-Pro, University)

– Natural relationship builders

– Money-motivated (Very important – you are in control of your earnings)

– Extremely ambitious
