We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our SE1 team, who must have these essential requirements:


  • Demonstrable, excellent interpersonal skills

  • Great communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Previous face to face customer service/reception experience

  • Excellent IT skills

The role:


  • To ensure all clients, without fail, are engaged and accommodated

  • To answer or facilitate customer queries face to face and over the telephone

  • To control and manage all internal and external communications

  • Work in direct partnership with the Customer Liaison Team

  • Manage the showroom estate facilities and support services

  • Booking and managing the meeting rooms
