Our client a leading financial services related professional body has a requirement for Membership & Education Client Executive to work at their Cannon Street, City of London Offices
If you have experience of dealing with members, corporate clients, corporate customers, students, learners, candidates etc. working for a trade association, professional body, awarding body, financial services, banking, investments, professional services, membership organisation, corporate blue chip or FTSE 100 organisation we would love to hear from you.
The primary activities of the role are to deal with telephone and email enquiries from candidates relating to Management Certificate qualification and administer the Society’s operational activities as they relate to membership, verifications, CPD audit and SPS.
Key Responsibilities
Administer incoming email and telephone enquiries relating to the qualification,
candidate support, CPD and Membership, acting as the face of the society
Deal with specific enquiries from candidates and members concerning the qualifications
Deal with the enquiries inbox
Provide support for bookings and online registrations
Support candidates with scheduling, rescheduling and password problems
Liaise with the test partner regarding exam scheduling queries
Provide information on and responding to alternative identification applications
Deal with training provider queries, block bookings, invoicing queries and policy enquiries
Manage footfall into the office
Manage the order confirmation inbox for the Official Training Manual
Maintain and post errata relating to Official Training Manual on the website
Manage and coordinating reminder emails
Maintain record of confirmation letters sent
Manage Certificates and replacement certificates
Import and process results and new candidate data
Deal with enquiries concerning the regulatory requirements concerning examinations and CPD for Advisers
Provide members with Client Service support in the areas of events, membership, careers and examinations
Manage and provide verification services to members, employers and other customers, of the Programme, qualifications and membership status
Create confirmation letters
Key Experience Required
Experience of delivering client service and administering processes
Ideally experience of dealing with members, corporate clients, students, learners, candidates etc.
Ideally experience working for a trade association, professional body, awarding body, financial services, professional services, membership organisation, corporate blue chip or FTSE 100
Experience of meeting deadlines and flexibility in working approach
Ability to work both independently and in a team
A minimum of one years experience in a client service role
A minimum of 6 GCSEs including English and Maths
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience in using Microsoft word, outlook and excel
High level of attention to detail
Ability to attend and support on average one evening event per week
