Human Resources Manager: Talentcor

Talentcor London is recruiting a Human Resources Manager for our client, a multi-national manufacturing organization.  This position is a permanent opportunity.

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all Employee Relations, Recruitment and Health and Safety.  This also includes overseeing the hourly and salary payroll department. 

Responsibilities include:

1. Leads daily activities of Positive Employee Relations Program



2. Maintains manning levels through retention & recruitment practices



3. Supervises H&S/ISO Coordinator



4. Conducts Employee Communication Programs



5. Supervises Payroll Coordinator

 

Requirements:

1. University Degree in Human Services or Organizational Behaviour 



2. HRPAO/CHRP designation



3. Minimum 10 years leadership experience leading HR services in automotive or related industry



4. Global HR exposure
