Who are you?

You are an experienced motivated pro-active and engaging senior Recruiter/Team lead who is currently leading ( or capable of ) a team and confident in driving success. We are looking for a proven track record from an ambitious career driven individual who is keen to apply their proven management skills to an experienced team.

You will lead from the front, and by example managing an existing team of knowledgeable recruitment consultants who operate mainly within the Enterprise applications market across Europe

A pro-active, hands on experienced Recruiter or team lead who is comfortable mentoring, coaching and developing others
