Roc Search are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a Managed Service Provider based in the City of London. This company is one of the leading in its field, specialising in providing support for the legal sector. There is extensive training and benefits involved in this position, including both a yearly bonus and a pay rise after every Microsoft exam/certification gained.
The successful candidate would be responsible for providing reliable 1st and 2nd line Desktop and Server support for users and end clients. This will be both reactive and proactive work, monitoring the systems and making sure that there are longer term fixes in place. There is extensive training and benefits involved in this position, including a bonus and a pay rise after every Microsoft exam/certification gained.
Essential skills include experience with:
*Windows Server 2008/2012
*Windows 7/8/10
*Exchange 2010/2013
*Evidence of Self Study within IT (MCP, CompTIA etc)
*Good customer service
Advantageous skills include experience with:
*Working within a Managed Service Provider / MSP
*Working within a Law firm/the Legal sector
*Cloud / Office 365
*Hyper-V
*Citrix
