Admissions ELT Administrator - BPP - London W12





To provide a range of administrative and recruitment functions to support BPP’s English Language Assessors. This role will work as an integral part of the International Team. In conjunction with the English Language Assessor Manager who is in charge of the Admissions English Language Assessment at BPP, you will help ensure that BPP attracts and recruits international students with the right level of English into the right programmes. This will ensure high student satisfaction, improve students’ chances of successful completion of their programme and deliver on our commitment to Tier 4 Compliance set by the UKVI.

Main duties and responsibilities

Support the Admissions English Language Assessors with the administrative tasks related to BPP’s English Language Testing and Admissions Credibility Interviews of international students.

Support the Admissions English Language Assessors (ELA) and other International Admissions staff in the recruitment of international students.

This will include:
Booking English Language Speaking & Listening Tests and Admissions Credibility Interviews (ACIs) on the ELAs and Visa Compliance (VC) team calendars

Managing the English Language Test (ELT) inbox and sending emails (ELT & ACI requests to the ELAs & VC team)

Recording and uploading student ELT & ACI results and feedback

Managing room bookings, organising, running and invigilating English Language Tests and sending these scripts via email to the ELAs

Organise inputting of data and maintenance of records

Data Interrogation (creating reports/charts, comparing results via country/agent/nationality etc)

Process students’ ELT results, information, bookings and applications on salesforce.com, X3 and Athena accordingly

Making/booking travel arrangements for the ELAs

Face to face dealing with students when required

Liaise with members of BPP’s International team

Skills, knowledge, qualifications required for the job

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with particular experience in Excel

Previous administration experience preferably in a higher education institution

Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to use own initiative to manage work load

Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines

Good communication/relationship skills.

Clear logical thinking, coupled with the ability to work well as part of a team in a collaborative environment

Adaptable to change

The ability to deal with International students and work across cultures and different cultural environments
