Inbound Call Centre Representative Job in London, ON: Adecco

Adecco is currently hiring for an Inbound Call Centre Representative on behalf of our client in London, ON.  The successful candidate will responsible for taking inbound calls and selling additional services. The pay rate for this role is $13/hr.

Inbound Call Centre Representative Responsibilities:



 

• Providing excellent customer service with professionalism



• Taking inbound calls



• Answering questions about insurance plans



• Upsell additional products and services



• Monitoring quality assurance and retention



• Monitoring productivity and call handle times



• Monitoring attendance and schedule adherence

 

Inbound Call Centre Representative Qualifications:

 

• Ability to excel within a purpose driven environment



• Bilingual (French/English) preferred, but not required



• Strong communication skills both written and verbal



• Post-secondary education in Business or relevant field is an asset



• Call Center experience preferred, but not required



• Ability to type 30 wpm



• Ability to work independently and with a team
