Real Focus is looking for Relief Behaviour Support Therapists to join our team in London to support over the weekends. Real Focus is a home and community based service that provides integrated and intensive support to children and young adults with autism and other behavioural difficulties. Using evidence based practice REAL Focus supports service users to improve their life quality and achieve greater independence.

About the role
The role will involve:
providing support to access ongoing learning and independence opportunities
replicate and reinforce skills and programmes learned in the education setting
assisting in the design and implementation of person-centred programs
record progress data and any additional data requested by the ABA Supervisor
On-going BCBA, BCaBA and RBT Supervision is available as part of role.
About you
We’re looking for someone who:
has knowledge of and an interest in autism and other behavioural difficulties
has experience of working with young children and/or adults with autism/SEN (i.e. support worker, carer and/or volunteer)
has experience of managing challenging behaviour
is physically and emotionally resilient has commitment and flexibility to provide high-quality person-centred support
has excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm and focused
This position requires flexibility to work day time, evenings, weekends, as well as sleep-ins.
