C++ Developer / Senior C++ Software Engineer (C++11 C++14 Python Linux) Oxford and Central London Based Position.

Amazing opportunity for a technologist C++ Developer with a real passion for technology to join a global Quantitative Trading Firm with offices in Oxford and Central London and work with a team made up of of mathematicians, scientists, computer scientists and software engineers that have developed proprietary algorithms and trading software to invest on a global scale..

As a C++ Developer you will have the opportunity to utilise your knowledge of modern C++, multi-threading, messaging, low latency and high performance systems, to help design and implement the next generation of library and engine infrastructure for the firm while incrementally improving and supporting existing offerings. This role will suit a real problem solver who is excited by complex challenges and wants to work with a team of passionate technology enthusiasts at the cutting edge.

Requirements:
• Expertise with C++ multi-threaded development (including STL and Boost)
• Strong Linux
• Advanced analysis and problem solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Thorough knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals such as OOP, Data Structures, Design Patterns
• Cross platform development experience
• Experience with Python will be greatly beneficial
• Excellent communication skills
• No finance experience necessary; technical ability of far greater importance
