Who we are:
Barbecoa is a celebration of traditional fire-based cooking and incredible ingredients. Founded by Jamie Oliver, it’s more than a steak restaurant, is a cathedral of smoke and fire. Barbecoa has a prime position overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral; this busy restaurant caters to a diverse cross section of guests from the City of London and all over the world.

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for people with relevant experience on the floor in a similar high volume restaurant, with a burning desire to learn more, a passion for unique food and service and who can instinctively work as part of a team.
To attract our attention you will have a genuine positivity and can do attitude towards your work, a passion for product and the willingness to push boundaries and evolve in a truly unique environment.
