Full Time Experienced Barista

We are a small and busy cafe in East London seeking full time experienced barista with good coffee knowledge and great rate of pay available dependant upon skill level.

Requirement to work rostered shifts, Monday to Sunday for full time barista and knowledge of english language is a must.

You enjoy your work, energetic, mature minded and customers orientated. You possess good work ethics, be professional at all time, well presented and quick on your feet.

You will be working with an awesome team of staffs that enjoys working together and love their job. Teamwork is very important but at the same time be able to work independently when required and help front of house, if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day running of café

Including:

• Opening and closing the café


• Cashing up


• Banking


• Making supplier orders


• Receiving deliveries


• Stock control


• Day-to-day management


• Implementing and adhering to policies and procedures


• Serving customers


• Preparing food and drink


• Cleaning

Delivering the best customer service possible in all situations, resolving any issues or complaints that may arise

Assisting the Owners in maximising profit, increasing sales and growing the business

Controlling stock, purchases and ensuring waste is minimal so that the business is operating as efficiently as possible

Assisting in recruitment, training and development of staff; resolving day-to-day issues

• Food hygiene and cleanliness

Ensuring that safe procedures are being followed and that both the café and kitchen are being kept clean and tidy

Taking responsibility for health and safety issues whilst in charge
