Job Role

• Generating new business/winning new clients


• Attracting candidates via advertising, headhunting etc.


• Preparing candidates for interviews


• Closing deals


• Maintaining successful client relationships

Key Attributes

A graduate trainee recruitment consultant should possess most, if not all, of the following:

• Degree 2.2 or higher (not mandatory but desired)


• Relevant commercial experience in a sales environment


• Natural communicator


• Money-motivated (YOU are in control of your earnings)


• Extremely ambitious and driven to succeed


• Natural competitive flair (evidence needed e.g. sporting achievement)
