Learning & Development Officer (Non-Gaming) - Aspers Group - Westfield Stratford City

We are seeking a professional individual who will be directly responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of non-gaming learning and development activities at our established Aspers Westfield Stratford City Casino. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

• The planning and delivery of non-gaming learning activities across the Casino-based workforce.
  


• Evaluating the effectiveness of the learning undertaken.
  


• Shared responsibility in the organisation and delivery of the Company Corporate Induction.
  


• Ensuring that the standards of learning delivered meets legislative requirements.
  


• Sustaining the effectiveness of the Customer Service levels at site.
  


• Becoming one of the Site Representatives of the Health and Safety Team.
  

Selection Criteria (desirable)

• Previous experience of working within an L&D role is desirable.
  


• A qualification associated with L&D
  


• Exceptional motivational and coaching skills and experience
  


• Proficient computer literacy including Microsoft Office products and electronic mail
