HOURS: STRAIGHT SHIFTS



Day Shift: 7am-3:00pm Monday-Friday



Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm-11:00pm Monday-Friday



Midnights: 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday-Friday



2 Week Rotation



 
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on robots and welding machines



Ensure proper function of all failsafe/fixture setup on all automated equipment



Coordinate cell changeover and fixture setup on all automated equipment



Provide training and guidance to maintenance personnel related to all facets of the automated and facilities equipment



Assist in developing PM strategies and identify areas of improvement as related to all automated and facilities equipment



Conduct Preventative/Corrective Maintenace work on assigned automated and facilities equipment



Responsible for all maintenance activities on assigned shifts



Monitor and track maintenance personnel daily performance and react appropriately



Participate or send representation to the daily shift meeting



Participation in pre-design reviews for new machinery



Provide support for all departments



Direct contractors to implement projects and maintenance



Assist in developing and maintaining all spares necessary for maintenance requirements



Maintain safety standards



 
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



Robotics & Automation or Weld Engineering Technician diploma or a licensed Maintenance and/or Maintenance Millwright



3-6 years of practical field experience



Good understanding of mechanical and electrical problem solving skills



Strong understanding of robotics, control systems and machine operation



Robot programming skills



Understanding of Spot and Mig Welding



Able to work individually or in a team atmosphere



Excellent communication, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills



Able to work OT when required
