C&C Insurance Consultants Ltd is an Insurance Consultant firm headquartered in Komoka, Ontario.  We design and distribute Niche Benefits Insurance programs as well as related services for Universities, Colleges and Employer groups. 

We began in 1984 as a sole proprietor and have grown steadily to where we are today as an industry leader operating in all provinces and territories.  Our midsized team is extremely skilled and motivated to grow our market share.  Our firm is recognized for its expertise, innovation, integrity and knowledge. Because of this, we have clients who have been with us for over 25 years, who look to us for current and future industry innovations. 


C&C operates in several well defined niche markets with unlimited potential growth.  We have the need to fill this position before the end of the summer.

Qualifications



 
Education:


  • Post-secondary education in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field

 
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


  • An experienced, mature, highly motivated individual


  • Superior demonstrated presentation and communication skills with the ability to write in both journalistic and marketing styles


  • Ability to establish brand consistency while working with multiple products / programs / clients


  • Establish a measurable master marketing strategy for multiple clients


  • Work with a team in reviewing analytics to develop digital strategies to change behaviour


  • Understand the sociology of changing behaviour through marketing and design


  • Partner within Marketing and other key departmental groups at our current clients to lengthen our marketing reach


  • Work in tandem with third party agencies to optimize digital strategies and ensure all campaigns are set-up for accurate measurement of success


  • Own and evolve the organization’s social media properties;  translating brand strategy into social media narrative through innovative programs, campaigns and ideas that increase engagement and education


  • Test and learn to create innovative opportunities to implement tests for new and evolving media channels that can be measured and scaled based on success (print / social media / videos / vines / photography)


  • Manage all reporting, analytics and insights development related to digital campaigns for conversion and acquisition


  • Professional manner, tact, diplomacy and discretion when dealing with colleagues, clients and community


  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office – MAC, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite, CSS, HTML, website content management systems, database skills)
