Office assistant Wanted/Russian Speaker - Acre Management Ltd - London W1K






We are looking for Decent, Reliable; Stable experienced energetic motivated to join us as Office Manager Assistant . It would be a distinct advantage if applicants came from a Business Development /sales environment. You will however need to be well organised, capable of multi-tasking and adaptable to the businesses changing needs.


Responsibilities:
: * You have to be free and Available


  • Development of office work flows and procedures to ensure a smooth efficient office environment

  • Be first point of contact for all telephone enquiries, representing the organisation with an exceptional phone manner

  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries etc

  • Assist in organizing sales and marketing activities

  • implement office policies, standards and procedures

  • Manage external relationships with all Property Owners, Foreign investors,

  • Drafting client invoices, Contracts, and sending reminder, etc

  • Filing; responsible for the upkeep of all filing systems,

Package: Travel Expenses + commission+ Bonus for the first month
Then option to go to: £12k Basic with 10% commission
or £14k Basic with 5% , commission
Opportunity to Earn £30k (first year), £50k+ (second year)
