Office Services Administrator to Director, top law firm!




A top City Law Firm is seeking a highly capable and experienced Administrator to join the Office Services department, supporting the Director of Office Services, other Managers and the department with administrative and PA support.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, confident and well-organised administrator seeking a varied, busy and challenging role. Candidates with contract support experience should also apply.


Based just minutes from Farringdon, Chancery Lane, Blackfriars & Thameslink stations, working 9.30-5.30 Mon-Fri, paying up to £35,000 (dependant on exp) plus benefits including STL, pension, private medical, on-site gym, holiday trading, and many more.


Duties will include:



  • Diary management & business travel




  • Filing & archiving




  • Document production, copy & audio-typing, spreadsheet creation




  • Be initial point of contact & communication link for the dept.




  • Daily management of Office Services Assistant Administrator




  • Stationery management, liaise with suppliers, check monthly invoices




  • Collect & upload data, prepare reports




  • Manage the eye care voucher, bicycle tag & gym locker key process



  • Organise temporary accommodation for secondee’s


  • Manage new starter & leaver processes




  • Send out bulletin notes & notifications




  • Act as the department’s main publisher for the Global Intranet site



  • Providing secretarial & admin support to 5 Managers including the H&S, Engineering and Special Projects Managers
