The Project Manager is a key player dedicated to overall project successes. This role involves Contract Administration, Task management, Scheduling, Monitoring, Reporting Project Performances, while overseeing Quality, Procurement and Shop Floor support.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise total build efforts to ensure project is in accordance with design, budget, and schedules while coordinating the overall flow of project activity



• Provide technical assistances and recommended production processes



• Act as liaison between Production, Engineering, Management and Customers to ensure deliverables are met and on time



• Develop, maintain, and implement project management procedures to accurately track and control costs associated with projects



• Lead the planning and implementation of project



• Develop full scale project plans



• Other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in related field or equivalent experience



• Minimum 5 Year experience as a Project Manager



• Superior problem-solving and project troubleshooting skills



• Above average communication and interpersonal skills with strong ability to negotiate



• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team effort



• Computer Microsoft Office skills including MS Project



• Excellent organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills



• Knowledge of engineering and production related planning tools



• Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management



• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines



• Be an inspirational leader who is able to demonstrate enthusiasm & passion



• Willingness to take on project ownership and accountability
