What We Have To Offer:

 

• Fulltime, On-going Position which could lead to permanent hire



• $13.50 to $14.00 per hour (TBD)



• Straight Days Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 5:00pm

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Answering the telephone



• Directing Visitors



• Maintaining company directory



• Sending and distributing the mail



• Ordering supplies



• Other general office duties as required

 

 
Job Qualifications:

 

• Must be professional, self motivated and highly organized



• Completion of post secondary education



• Formal business attire required



• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel



• Excellent attendance is essential
