Service Coordinator: Centennial Windows & Doors

Based in London, ON – We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our customer service team for a contract position to cover a maternity leave.

                                  



Founded in 1981, Centennial Windows & Doors custom designs, manufactures, installs, and services our own line of award winning windows and doors and has a reputation for quality, integrity, and innovation.

 

The right candidate will be a highly organized, detail oriented professional who is able to handle multiple tasks and who is capable of meeting deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming service calls


  • Retrieve voicemails


  • Schedule appointments


  • Order window and door components


  • Handle and resolve customer service issues and inquiries via email and phone in a timely and accurate manner


  • Prepare daily service schedule for six technicians


  • Additional duties as required

Qualifications:


  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment


  • High level of organization


  • Attention to detail and accuracy


  • 1-2 years experience in an office environment


  • Courteous and professional telephone manner


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Proficient computer skills


  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Expected start date: As soon as possible.
