Our Shift Leaders will provide leadership and direction to our Team Members ensuring consistency in all practices and procedures whilst ensuring the store is in tip top shape at all times. You will serve as a leader supporting team work whilst overseeing the entire shift ensuring all operations run effectively in line of business requirements.

Team Member Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring our customers are being cared for properly, including being greeted with a smile and that you and your team are always attentive with every customer
- Serve our fantastic doughnuts and coffees ensuring you give the right recommendations to our guests to ensure they Love their purchases
- Monitor customer satisfaction through magic moments received and recognize and always aim to deliver magic moments
- Ensuring you/or your team members know what is expected of them on a daily basis, including suggested selling
- Understand your daily sales target and strive to exceed your targets whilst on shift
- Ensuring that the relevant paper work is fully completed on a daily basis
- Maintain a clean, neat uniform at all times representing Company standards
- Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines as laid out in the Health and Safety Manual
- Training employees and ensuring that employees are working efficiently and effectively
- Other duties as assigned
Shift Leaders (in addition to the above)
- Communicate clear standards and expectations.
- Accessing the store`s safe, conducting safe counts and getting change as necessary
- Completion all open and close of store duties, thus including the cashing up of the tills, store work around.
- Understand and share daily sales target and encourage your team members to exceed their targets whilst on shift
- Demonstrate leadership by initiating staff briefings at the start of every shift, giving directions respectfully, and listening to others` viewpoints.
- Assist management with staff scheduling whilst completing redeployment plan for each shift
- Coach others to acquire the skills required to conduct their role in line with all Team Member grade requirements
Essential skills and Experience:
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience working with people and history of dependability
Must have flexibility to work any day or shift as needed
Demonstrate all key company standards and values encouraging these cross the rest of your team.
