NORLON BUILDERS is seeking to hire a Site Superintendent.  The ideal candidate manages all field construction on ICI projects up to $10 million.

RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS

• Manage and provide leadership for safety and LEED programs



• Monitor quality control and productivity



• Organize and coordinate all subcontractor activities



• Implement and monitor the construction plan; including scheduling and logistics



• Complete field administration: timesheets, safety reports, purchases and daily diaries



• Coordinate all manpower, materials and equipment



• Develop and maintain positive client relations (owner, clients, consultants and the public)



• Effective oral and written communication



• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook



• Superior organizational ability



• Effective team leadership



• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years construction experience.
