The Company
An award-winning content agency is looking for Social Media Manager to join a bespoke team and create outstanding editorial, video and social content and account manage a key financial services client as well as other clients cross the agency network. It is a brilliant time to join this excellent agency who have recently won numerous new accounts and produce some top-class content.
The Role
The Social Media Manager’s responsibilities will include:
– Creating or organising editorial & social content of all formats including long-form blog articles, short-from social copy, videos, infographics
– Using data and analytics to determine content distribution
– Producing and updating content and social calendars
– Creating training guide books and brand guideline documents
– Managing client
The Person
As the ideal candidate, you will:
– Have experience creating all forms of social content – written, video, social – and how to target it to specific audiences
– Have previously worked in an agency and/or agency network or have experience at a content-focused organisation
– Bring an editorial approach to the role
– Have an excellent understanding of how to create great content and how it should be distributed
– Have a knowledge of general digital marketing principles e.g. SEO practices
