Team PA / Administrator – format reports, manage diaries, produce invoices etc for Public Sector team of popular property management firm – West End – c £25K pro rata + exc bens – 8 MONTH CONTRACT – IMMEDIATE START
Superb pro rata’d benefits and excellent working conditions await an organised PA / Administrator with good MS Office skills and an organised, proactive approach to assist the Public Sector team within this friendly Property Management firm based in the heart of the West End.
This varied role is on an 8 month contract basis and starts immediately.
Hours 9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
To succeed within this Team PA / Administrator role, it is important to have the following:
- Good MS Office skills
- Ability to format reports
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management
- Good communication
- Initiative and proactive approach
- Available immediately
- Able to complete an 8 month contract
Opportunities for involvement within this Team PA / Administrator contract role include:
- Producing correspondence, documents and reports
- Dealing with mail and messages
- Establishing systems for filing, information retrieval and document production
- Generating invoices
- Logging, copying and filing
- Producing reports including devising layouts and standard formats
- Building and maintaining relationships internally and externally
- Answering calls and dealing with queries and messages
- Co-ordinating diaries for team members
- Making travel and accommodation arrangements
- Arranging meetings and departmental events
