Sushi’s standards of operation in the areas of: cleanliness and Maintenance, following company policy on high standards of cleanliness and ensuring all company guidelines are adhered to. Maintaining the BOH dishwashing area, ensuring all equipment is washed to a professional standard The use of controlled chemicals in line with company training.

Act as a role model to fellow workers by displaying a high level of professionalism and integrity Following cleaning schedule to ensure restaurant is immaculately cleaned to YO! Sushi standards
