Human Resources Officer - Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group - London SW1X

We are looking for a passionate and creative HR Officer to join our HR team.


As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for our Recruitment & Selection cycle from advertising on our website, arranging and conducting interviews through to reference checking. You will also get involved in projects such as supporting our interns and graduate management initiatives and be proactive on finding ways to attract our new FANs! Exposure and experience will be gained in all HR functions.


This is an opportunity for a driven individual with an outgoing personality, ideally someone who has worked in a similar luxury environment.


This requires some previous experience in an administration role.


The ideal candidate should have:
Excellent organisational, administrative skills and interpersonal skills


Excellent communication skills in all aspects: verbal, written and non-verbal


Professional and appropriate business appearance and presentation


Prior Restaurant/luxury hotel experience would be advantageous


Proficient with Microsoft systems


Please note this is a full time permanent position.
