Front Desk Receptionist and Executive Assistant: Medpoint Health Care Centre
Responsibilities
– Provides in person and telephone reception for clients, staff and visitors
– Manages waiting room, client’s needs and maintains a safe and welcoming environment
– Performs administrative duties such as scanning, scheduling and filing
– Performs various accounting-related functions such as creating invoices and ensuring payment is received, handling incoming cheques and applying to invoices, and completing invoice and receipt breakdowns
– Provides administrative assistance to the executive team
– Other tasks as required
Qualifications
– Previous administrative experience is required
– Sales experience is considered an asset
– A medical or health care background is considered an asset
– Strong customer service focus and a friendly personality
– Proficiency with computers and popular computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite
– Strong written and oral communication skills
– Ability to work independently
– Ability to multi-task
