Office Administrator: Apex Fabrication & Supply Ltd

The Office Administrator is a Full time hourly position and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:



 



Tasks & Responsibilities:


  • Answering the phones and directing incoming calls to the appropriate individuals


  • Taking customer orders over the phone


  • Updating and managing the ordering database


  • Order entry into companies order system


  • Assisting the purchasing team when needed


  • Other office administrative tasks as assigned such as filing, reconciling work orders to invoices etc.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent


  • Excellent customer service skills


  • General computer knowledge in excel, outlook and proficient typing


  • Experienced working with a CRM system. Accpac CRM knowledge an asset


  • Knowledge of the fire protection industry or fabrication industry an asset
