Recruiter: Autodata Solutions


Autodata Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join the HR team in their London Ontario office.


 


Position Overview:


Our ideal candidate is an energetic, resourceful, and ambitious individual who wants to join a stellar team. You are motivated, optimistic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and ultimately eager to learn.  Responsibilities include: sourcing and contacting (cold calling) candidates for a variety of data and technical roles, mining for resumes using resume databases and other tools, reviewing and filtering incoming resumes.  When there is interest in a candidate ensure you maintain regular communication.


 


Key Responsibilities:


  • Actively source passive candidates through social media and other recruiting tools


  • Learn and understand our business and roles in all geographic locations


  • Work closely with hiring managers to develop accurate candidate profiles for a multitude of technical, data and management positions


  • Conduct in-depth prescreens to assess potential candidates for level of interest, technical skills, qualifications, compensation and convert hard to find passive talent through an understanding of the business and employee value proposition


  • Manage and maintain accurate data for roles that you are recruiting


  • Review and qualify incoming applications


  • Act as the candidate liaison throughout the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, administering testing and providing ongoing status updates

 


Qualifications:


  • College or University education


  • 1-2 years Recruiting experience (technical recruiting an asset)


  • Ability to illicit requirements from Hiring Manager for open roles


  • Proficiency using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn and other social media for sourcing and reaching out to passive candidates


  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and online job boards


  • Superior verbal and written communication skills


  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to keep hiring managers and other stakeholders up to date on candidate’s status


  • Understanding of HR confidentiality practices and requirements
