Do you have experience of leading a team? Can you engage, inspire and motivate staff to exceed customer expectations? If the answer is yes, we are recruiting for a Back of house Team Leader – this may be the position for you.

The Role

A new Ed’s Diner is opening in the busy Liverpool Street Station in the heart of London City. Ed’s is a classic American diner where customers can relax at a booth or table and enjoy our great food and service. With seating at the bar equipped with our traditional ‘Dime-Selector’ juke boxes with hits from the 1950’s and watch food being freshly prepared in our open kitchen.

As a Team Leader in our Ed’s Diner, the role involves coordinating duties on shift for the team and ensuring our ‘brand’ and company standards are being maintained and our customers enjoy excellent quality products and service every time.

To be successful in this role you will need previous experience of being a supervisor or team leader within a similar environment.

The Details

We have full-time permanent roles. You will have some early starts and late finishes so it is important you check you are able to get to and from the station at these times.

Applicants under 25 years of age will attract a lower rate of pay (in line with National Minimum Wage guidelines). For specific details, speak to the hiring manager.
