Vice President Customer Care: People Management Group Inc.

Our client located outside of London is seeking a Vice President of Customer Care.

The Role… 



As the successful candidate you will report directly to the President, but will develop respectful and trusting relationships with all members of the leadership team.  In this role you will:


  • Lead the Customer Service team fostering a customer focused culture


  • Ensure that customers receive a positive, consistent and high quality support experience


  • Implement improvements to customer support processes and procedures


  • Ensure a high volume of customer retention


  • Track customer issues and make recommendations for changes to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth


  • Provide guidance, coaching and support to members of the customer service team


  • Track customer happiness and retention in regards to individual team member performance


  • Minimize customer wait times and down calls


  • Develop an effective work relationship with high profile customers


  • Keep abreast of industry trends and improvements to ensure the company delivers the highest quality customer experience

 
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:


  • University Degree in Business or related field


  • 15 years’ customer service experience


  • 10 years’ experience in a leadership role with previous experience in a Senior Leadership role


  • Outgoing and enthusiastic


  • Proven leadership capabilities


  • Proven project management and problem solving skills
