Associate Solicitor (IP, TMT and Life Sciences) | £60,000- £75,000 (+bonus, negotiable) | City of London
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a thriving Legal 500 & Chambers rated City-based law firm.
My client provides a wide range of legal services to a diverse range of businesses, to include; not for profit organisations and private individuals. Due to recent and on-going expansion, they are looking to take on a multi-disciplined commercial lawyer with a thorough knowledge of intellectual property-law ideally for the TMT and Life Sciences sectors.
The successful candidate will have been exposed to a broad caseload, and will have experience of advising a wide variety of public and private sector clients, as well as providing detailed information on the intellectual property aspects of corporate deals, with expertise on registered intellectual property rights and working closely with the corporate, tax, employment and other teams for multidisciplinary corporate and commercial projects and related intellectual matters.
