Bilingual (Spanish OR French) Customer Service Advisor

StarTech.com is currently looking for Bilingual (Spanish or French) Customer Service Advisor to join our Customer Service team at our Corporate Office in London, Ontario.



 



Reporting to the Supervisor, Customer Advisory Team, the Bilingual Customer Service Advisor will provide consultative customer support and advice to StarTech.com resellers and end-users via phone, email and live chat.



 



This position offers a competitive salary and benefit package as well as language and shift premiums. We also offer remote, work from home opportunities, with compensation arrangements for internet, hardware, and other tools to help you provide excellent service to our customers.

  • Providing product information and making recommendations


  • Processing orders and assisting customers with placing orders


  • Providing service and warranty information for product terms


  • Administering reseller applications

  • A strong desire and ability to learn new things


  • Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented global company


  • Proficiency in a Windows based environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Bilingualism in English/Spanish or English/French


  • Flexibility for shifts within our hours of operation: 5am-9pm, Monday-Friday
