Looking to work for a Bank that is branching out where you will look after the full telephony solution? We are looking for a technical Engineer who has strong Experience within Telephony systems Ideally Mitel as well working experience within Networking and IT support. This Bank is headquartered in central London is going through fantastic growth and they are looking for a VoIP engineer to join the team and play a crucial part of this growth.

Technologies and projects you will get involved in:

·Design, Install and support of MITEL phone system
·Install, Support of Video conferencing solution- Polycomm
·Supporting multi sites including a call centre
·Design and implement a new call centre
·Vendor management of Mitel and BT

ABOUT YOU

You will be an entrepreneurial, energetic and enthusiastic engineer that is keen to work in a well-established business that still listens to its staff. You will see Technology as a business enabling function and be constantly looking for the best way to make the technology work for the business not the other way around. You will have experience with many facets of IT particularly in IT support and Telephone systems and although you are not an architect yet you will be willing to take the opportunity where you will be completing projects end to end from the initial idea to design and then following through to completion all with no down time.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

You will be working for a well-established Bank that has big plans of growth within the UK, with roughly 300 users in the UK at present this is almost certainly going to increase heavily over the coming months. The headquarter of the bank is based in Central London where your team of 7 IT engineers are based and are very friendly and personable. You will be apart of this team however you will be the owner of the telecoms systems so the roof is the limit on creativity and responsibilities.
